With over 27 years of residential real estate asset management and the company's co-founder, Kip brings a wealth of experience to all projects he is involved with. During his career, he held corporate positions, including Regional VP, Division President, and Vice President of Land for some of the largest public and privately held real estate development firms and home builders. In these roles, Kip directly managed P&L and asset management of projects exceeding $500MM.
Today, Kip focuses on business operations while managing all aspects of current and future projects. His ability to collaborate with clients, governing agencies, contractors, and consultants ensures the success of each project. This hands-on approach, combined with industry-driven experience, provides our clients with the highest level of service.
With over 29 years of professional real estate experience, co-founder Jason Hadley has a broad understanding and background from due diligence, entitlements, land planning, community and urban design, as well as overseeing the entire development process. He is skilled in leading multi-disciplinary entitlement and design as a leader of development teams.
Specializing in the entitlement, design and implementation of exceptional residential communities, as well as commercial and mixed-use projects. Mr. Hadley advises financial institutions, developers and builders while creating designs for living that are inspired, holistic and systemic. We partner and collaborate with industry leading financial institutions, developers, home builders and fellow professionals to create designs and frameworks for the financial and physical environment that foster community and social interaction. He is extensively involved in the entitlement, design and development of master planned communities, golf course and resort facilities, and retail-mixed use centers, as well as industrial and renewable energy projects.
